My name is Connie C. Williams, and I'm a 40-year fitness industry leader and your Assisted Stretching instructor.
I co-created step/bench aerobics in the late 1980s, producing videos and traveling the world training instructors, corporate clients, and personal trainers—including Princess Diana’s personal trainer!
I’m a passionate advocate for Assisted Stretching because I have experienced its amazing benefits firsthand.
In 2017, I injured my hip.
I fell while bowling during a game at my Ladies Bowling League. I knew I had done something serious to it when I woke the next morning and could barely walk.
The pain ran from my hip to my low back, and it was extremely INTENSE. My husband had to help me get around—the pain was so intense, that I couldn't do anything on my own without him.
I tried just about everything to ease the pain... doctor visits, chiropractic visits, physical therapy, acupuncture, and deep tissue massages.
But nothing worked.
One day, my son told me to try the "stretching roller" that my boys had given me for Christmas; it was still in the corner of my bedroom in its packaging. I decided to give it a try.
After a week of daily stretching my lower body muscles using the roller…
The results were astounding!
I couldn’t believe it... I was back in action! The pain was gone, I could walk and get around on my own again, and I was back to teaching my fitness classes. I was back to my routine and daily life!
I experienced, firsthand, the amazing benefits of Assisted Stretching. It was a miracle, and I knew right then that I had to share this with the world!
